Shengyuan was qualified by ISO9001: 2008 international quality certification system in 2009, and has strictly enforced the standards. The performance has been improved greatly for 4 years. For the purpose of products, the company will conduct the ROHS (6 items), PAHS, PFOS, PFOA, SVHS, halogen and other SGS quality tests to ensure the stability and reliability of product and the industry-leading quality and process. Adhering to the business philosophy of innovation and professional leading, Shengyuan quality assurance system consists of quality, engineering and application departments.
Quality department: conduct the incoming materials, process and delivery inspections, and the verification of new materials, as well as the establishment and maintenance of various quality standards. QC consists of IQC, IPQC and OQC.
Engineering department: prepare the process conditions of products to ensure the feasibility of production quality.
Application department: conduct the routine test of product reliability, provide the after-sales for customers, and offer a series of product application schemes according to the demands of customers.
Since the establishment of the company, the quality system has been implemented along with the quality policy of continuous improvement and lean management. The company carries out the operation and quality reward/punishment system in accordance with the standard processes and norms. At the same time, the regular QC exchange activities are conducted and intended to achieve the goal that everyone creates quality and everyone enjoys the quality.
