为进一步发挥雇主品牌建设对人才的聚合作用，为宝安区制造行业企业树立雇主标杆，2022年10月起，由深圳市宝安区人力资源局主办，深圳市宝安区工业和信息化局、深圳市宝安区总工会、深圳市宝安区工商业联合会协办，发起 “2022年深圳市宝安区第二届制造行业最佳雇主评选活动”。

该评选通过对雇主文化、组织管理、薪酬绩效、创新发展、人才发展和工作环境六大维度进行综合评估。历时八个月，经过初次评审、实地评审、综合评审、榜单公示等多个环节，评选出最终获奖企业。

经过专家评审组一系列严谨的评审环节，我司从三百多家参赛企业中脱颖而出！

2023年6月15日，《深圳市宝安区第二届制造行业最佳雇主评选活动》颁奖仪式在宝安人才园举办。我司在本届最佳雇主评选活动中荣获“最佳雇主提名奖”！

获得该奖项是对我司雇主品牌建设的肯定与认可。我司将持续加强内部管理和提升，建立和实施卓越管理模式，重视人才的成长规划，增进企业与员工的互相理解，构建和谐劳动关系，实现企业与员工的“双赢”！
